Current Handbook Status Report not correct

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I am having a problem this year for the first time - this report is not showing the correct "Award Due Upon Completion."  For example, a clubber who is finishing their third book (and this shows several times) is showing to receive their Excellence Award instead of the Challenge Award. A clubber who is finishing their second book is showing to receive their Alpha Award instead of their Excellence Award.

Their individual records are correct and showing to have received the previous awards. I searched the forum but didn't find any others having this problem.

Have a look at the records under Admin > Awards > Book Awards > Cumulative Book Awards for grades 3-12.
[Note: in the Windows app, the Awards tab is under Admin > System Settings.]

Select the Base Club of Truth & Training, then select the number of qualifying books, "3" for this example. In the third grid you should see the particular award(s) set to be triggered.  (See screen capture image below.) 
If the award being triggered is wrong, you can edit the Award Name value to correct it.

Hi Rick - those settings are all correct. Any other thoughts?  Again - this has not been a problem for the last three years or however many we've been doing this.  All of a sudden this year, the report is not correct.

Now - the one thing we are doing differently this year and I will search in the db to see if there are triggers for this, but all of 3 and 4 grade are doing Ultimate Adventure 2, and all of 5 and 6 grade are doing Ultimate Challenge 2 instead of doing them in order. Next year, they will switch and do Book 1 for each.  Is there a trigger that requires they be done in order?

Go to Admin > Curriculum and expand the T&T Base Club node (or filter the Base Club to show only Truth & Training). Examine the data in the column named "Counts for Accum Award".  Make sure all of the non-entrance booklet 'core' books have a checkmark indicating that completing this book does count toward the cumulative book awards (Alpha, Excellence, Challenge, Timothy, etc).

If you see that one of your Ultimate Adventure or Ultimate Challenge books are NOT checked, open that handbook and check the box you'll see on the main page of the generic handbook screen. [Even if the book is obsolete, the box can still be checked so the awards are calculated correctly even for old books.]

  Yay! That was it. The obsolete books were not marked for cumulative.  Can't imagine why it wasn't a problem last year, but it is fixed now and I am all set.  Thank you, Rick!!
