The update should have placed two files (temp_Gen_Section.dat and temp_Gen_Section.idx) into your ..\Approved Workman\DATA  folder.   These files are not found in the DATA folder and that is what is causing the error message.

Make sure you have a folder literally named "Approved Workman" (including the space) and that there is a "Data" subfolder inside.  ( you should have  ..\Approved Workman\Data  )

Inside the Approved Workman folder should be the ApprovedWorkman.exe application file. (You may or may not see the .exe file extension depending on how you have Windows Explorer set up.)  The ApprovedWorkman.exe file should not be located anywhere else (such as your desktop). It MUST be in the Approved Workman folder.  You can have a desktop shortcut icon, but you should NOT have the actual EXE file there.

If your ApprovedWorkman.exe file is anywhere other than in the Approved Workman folder, move it to the correct location.  Once you've moved it into the Approved Workman folder, dbl-click it to launch the database. On the login screen you should see a data path of:  ..\Approved Workman\Data   (it's ok for the data path to start with something like "C:" or "E:" or something else so long as it ENDS with  "\Approved Workman\Data" )   Log in completely and then exit. This will "teach" the database where to find the files.

Now do a search for the temp_Gen_Section files and if you find them anywhere other than in the ..\Approved Workman\Data folder, select them both and then do a cut command and then paste them into the ..\Approved Workman\Data folder.   Log in once more and you should see that the internal update runs successfully this time.

If you can't find the temp_Gen_Section files, go ahead and run the updateAW4011.exe file again. Note that you may have to run it twice if you see the options to Repair or uninstall. Select the uninstall option and then rerun the update once more. Since you will have fixed your folder path and EXE location, the update will unpack its files correctly this next time.
