The Check-in module's Team Totals Grid provides a way to award points to an entire team instead of individuals on the team.

The grid initially shows Team Info for each Club Name, Team Name, and Team Color combination along with the Points (Total Points, Avg. Member Points, and Team Points) and Member data (Number of Attendees and Number of Members) for each group.

Hide columns that are not needed and use grouping options to show the teams to award points. Example: to award points to each color team, hide the Club Name and Team Name columns. Group the records by Team Color. In the Team Points field in the grid, enter the points for each color group.
